Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 February 2026

1. Services

2102.io ("we," "us," or "our") provides freelance SEO content writing services specialising in Australian healthcare. Services include blog writing, AEO optimisation, content audits, and compliance reviews as described on our Services page.

2. Engagement and Scope

All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences upon written acceptance of the proposal. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties and may affect pricing and timelines.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered content transfer to the client. Until full payment is received, all rights remain with 2102.io. We retain the right to display work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions as standard. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Revision requests should be provided in a single, consolidated brief.

6. Accuracy and Compliance

We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy through our validation pipeline, including cross-referencing against Australian legislation and AHPRA guidelines. However, we do not provide legal or medical advice. Clients are responsible for final review and approval of all content before publication. Content should be reviewed by qualified legal or medical professionals where appropriate.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business strategies, proprietary processes, unpublished content, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, regulatory penalties, or reputational harm.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed to date. Any deposit paid for unstarted work will be refunded in full.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before litigation. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Contact
